My now husband was able to design my dream engagement ring with Heriter Gems. They were very knowledgeable and provided a unique experience tailored to just what the client wants. My husband didn’t know the first thing about diamond rings, but their team was very thorough and wonderful about explaining all the options and characteristics of diamonds. You can tell that this team truly cares about their craft and their clients. We will certainly be back for any future jewelry needs. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!

I bought a custom engagement ring from Hériter Gems, and I cannot be happier with the results. My fiancé wanted a lighter metal, but was unsure about the cut, size, and overall ring design. Dylan and Jesse were extremely professional and I was impressed by how quickly they adapted to our preferences. I could tell that they wanted to give us exactly what we wanted and walk us through all possible options When choosing designs, Hériter pulled up size guides and previous projects that were similar to the ring we had in mind. We ended up choosing a marquee diamond with three accents on each side and a platinum band. We landed on this design after a couple consultation meetings where Hériter explained how to get the most within our budget. We were even able to do a custom engraving and add our birthstones inside the ring. We’ve received so many compliments on how special and unique this detail is. I really don’t think I could’ve gotten that experience anywhere else!

I contacted Dylan @ Heriter Gems to build a memorable piece for my wife's significant birthday. He was thoughtful and consultative from the start, asking about her personal preferences and current jewelry inventory. We settled on a cocktail ring and studied a number of stone options until landing on a beautiful mandarin citrine, set with natural diamond accents. The ring is simply gorgeous and created exactly what we wanted, a wonderful commemorative piece she will always treasure. Thank you Dylan and your entire team for a great experience, I could not recommend Dylan and Heriter Gems more strongly!

Best experience one could ask for. I went in with 0 knowledge of anything really. Jewelry in general, what I want, what my GF wants, etc. Jesse and Dylan made the process so easy and fun. They both have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I am so happy with how the ring turned out. They give you straightforward, honest answers to any questions you may have, and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and your needs are met. This was my first major jewelry purchase and I think I got so spoiled by the process, I have no desire to try other shops/jewelers because I know they already cant hold a candle to Heriter’s process, service, and most importantly the people behind the name.

I wanted to have a family ring replicated so each of my daughters could have one. Throughout the process, I was very impressed with the courtesy and professional attitudes of all three gentleman with whom I worked. They were confident from the start that they could successfully replicate the ring. I hoped, but didn’t expect that it could be completed in the time frame I wanted. They were able to design and complete the project in time for me to give it to my daughter for her birthday. She loves it as much as I do! I would not hesitate to be a return customer.
